All the pleasant things we experience in life, are provided to us by the same source as all the unpleasant things we experience... By shifting this source to any particular individual, will always cause us suffering. Whenever we hate anyone, we hate not them, but only ourself. Individuals are mediums not the doer. Individuals are appearances, mirrors and fleeting shadows, reflecting to us, parts of us, but the source of light behind all these shadows, is only and only within our heart. The most selfish thing you can do,  is to abandon yourself.  If you aren’t available to your own inner self,  and instead looking to other people to be available to you.  It is like, that everyone has their own torch.  But you throw away your own torch and chase other people to share the light of their torches with you,   perhaps because you feel afraid of the light that emanates from your torch.  Thereupon, it is always, always a wise thing to look within your heart,  to not be scared of your inner darkness  and to discover the source of all strength.  It is only by loving and accepting your own darkness  is that you’ll be able to love and accept others too.  Without loving yourself, it is not only difficult,  but it is impossible to love anyone else.  Because there is no one else who exists except for you, for yourself. In the outer world, if a crocodile eats a goldfish, or if a tiger eats a deer, or if a leaf separates from the tree, or if a living organism dies, it is sad. But it is what is. Life is full of heartbreaking appearances. In the inner world too, we all carry emotional energies which sometimes take the form of raging dinosaurs and sometimes like a sweet positive goldfish. In the outer world, we can’t control anyone’s destiny, their birth or death, But here, in our inner world, we do have an opportunity to redirect these emotional energies for knowing & understanding the nature of our mind. By understanding the nature of our mind, we shall be able to make efficient use of it rather than being unconsciously driven by it!

Fears are the voices inside our head which guide us about the various possibilities we might experience destruction, pain, or loss in our upcoming life moments. However, even the biggest of all fears is but only a voice, and we are always unattached to it. Anything can happen to our body, and anything can happen to our mind, but we are always unattached and untouched to any kind of destruction. But we must inquire this thing with each and all of our fears, with patience, dedication & focus.

Sages have spoken about it since centuries. Attachment leads to suffering. It is a cruel master, offering no pleas to its prisoners. The very purpose of extreme attachment, is to transcend and rise beyond the attachment. By its very nature, attachment is self-destructive. Once a part of your emotional energy is attached to something or someone, Then, soon enough, the attachment will begin to weaken itself through the experiences of betrayal, shattered trust and broken dreams. This is inevitable, because attachment is always in the realm of duality. Heal the attachment, learn the lesson and set yourself free!

Inspiration is a natural process that results as a consequence of heart’s desire, mind’s interest & aware repetitive practice.   Like letters wrapped in glass bottles & sent to a desert far away via paperboats, lanterns or floating leaves, like you start receiving responses to all these letters. These might be called as points of inspiration.   To look at it this way, inspiration is both random and not random a phenomenon at the same time.
