Silhouettes of appearances
Often eclipse
the firelight of the soul
As if amidst a trillion
hypnotic temptations
We're walking alone
Sensitive trampoline hearts
& stained glass dolls
In a show
that causes us
to slowly forget
what it feels
to stand in the vast
sunny meadow of our soul

take a journey,

Each poem

wants to take me

somewhere

but in the end

I find myself

reaching at the same place

for, each poem

stems from this place

of my heart

which people call by the name of love

and I like to call by the name of pain.

It's okay

if you are the better

and I am the worse,

if you are the best

and I am your reverse,

if you are a beautiful blessing

and I am a dirty curse,

You and I,

both are unique verses,

and a verse after all,

is neither better or worse.

A verse,

no matter what kind,

is just a verse.

And I,

am just a unique verse!

in currents of time,

Singing

bittersweet ballads...

KEEP WRITING ✍️

a poem that we write

is simply a great moment

going through us

& once it has passed

it is no longer the same

the word

that was written

before this word

is not same

as the word

being written

right now

Monuments, laughters,
colors & tides
There are great things
in the world outside
But nothing can ever fulfill
the agonies of our heart
except for the love & acceptance

There is a chronometer

in my heart

a metallic bauble

depicting the ticks & the tocks

of my life’s moments

glimpses of my fleeting fantasies

Like a puppet duckling

I dance & waddle

at the movements of this chronometer

writing songs throughout

& all the way

through it

before I normalize

into my natural self

who is not a puppet duckling

but a human.

The rain in my eyelashes was a harbinger of the monsoon ending its pitter-patter & neon lights glowing at the seashores from bonfires the smoke of which couldn’t melt even a snowflake & all glaciers remained just the same!

chiming & dancing

at blazing sun's gold coin beams

& restful moon's whiteglow gleams

I'm a note in water

I change, never the same

Punctuation | Cute Inspirational Poem | Neha's Notebook

Hello!

In this video, I am depicting an animated style version of a poem written by me. It is titled as "PUNCTUATION".

I wrote this poem in a #Project100 challenge during the time of December 2017. This poem features the various concepts of Punctuation, written towards an inspiring mood.

The video contains hundreds of frames which, took me a lot many days to create. The animated style, along with the details and elements presented in the video has been conceptualized and created by me. The cool background music is from Youtube music library. I hope that this poem strikes a cute inspirational vibe in you, as it does for me too.

And sit in the dot below.

At times, there might be too many apostrophes in your head,

But if you fear falling,

you might miss ride down the exclamation,

But, if you want that world writes your words

In quotation marks,

Then, leave your brackets and take road to some question marks,

Always remember, no matter how many brackets try to imprison you,

In the end, you’ll always reach the full stop.
